For all periods of rental - linen/towels including beach/pool towels are included in the price. However, electricity, telephone, heating of pool and final cleaning are charged on a usage basis.
NOTE Smoking is not permitted inside the villa
NOTE: we regret we do not accept pets at the villa.
PAYMENT: payment is required in full by cheque for all rentals in advance. A bond/deposit is also taken for all additional extras listed above.
